We are so sorry to hear that, tech can be so frustrating! 

Can you please take the following steps to troubleshoot:

Log out and completely close the App. Then re-open and log back in.

If this doesn't work...

Turn your phone on and off. Then log in again.

If this doesn't work...

Please delete and reinstall the App. And then re-login.

If this still doesn't work, please chat to us by clicking on the chat icon on the bottom right of your screen.
