My videos are buffering

We are sorry to hear that you are having buffering issues! If you have a slow internet connection this would cause the buffering. Or if you're in a drop-out zone, this will also cause this.

Can you please follow these troubleshooting steps when using your Desktop to improve your video stream:

All members who have had previous issues and followed these steps now have a great streaming service!

What we can also suggest is to download the classes on the App version in preparation for the next class (App can be downloaded here: So each night (or day), download the class for tomorrow and then you'll have no buffering issues! 💕💕😍
